This case study is about the project M3M Golf Hills at Sector 79, Gurgaon. It has Premium 2.5, 3.5 & 4.5 Residences and the starting price was 1.5 Cr*.
When we had received this project this was in new launch status.
We had a discussion with our client regarding the project. Here in this project the available configurations were 2.5, 3.5 & 4.5 BHK, but our client wanted to focus on selling 3.5 BHK residences and for this configuration price was 2.5 Cr Onwards.
We understood the client’s requirements completely and made our plan accordingly.
We did research on this project and about the competition which we can face.
We also researched on our exact target audiences which will be suitable or interested in buying 3.5 BHK at Sector 79, Gurgaon and they can also pay around 2.5 Cr. so that our client can get genuine high quality leads.
And here, our initial plan was to set up two campaigns on different angles which can perform and give us best results.
As we also have our own graphic design team. They are the best in their work. They understand our requirements and make graphics according to our marketing strategy.
According to our plan, we had set up 2 campaigns and were waiting for the results.

Here, You can see that we have run this campaign for 25 days. In this duration we have generated 116 Leads, the CPL was 273.51/- and our client got 18 prospects out of it who came for site visit.
But, I would like to tell you that we haven’t received this result just setting up those two campaigns and leaving it as it is.
We were continuously tracking the performance of the campaign. Previously one of our campaigns was not performing well, we were not getting leads and due to that CPL was going high.
So we analysed all the things, whenever required we made changes in the campaigns, and we could achieve these results for our client.
Actually, this client was new. Previously, they were working with some other Real Estate Marketing Agency and they were not getting the expected results.
