Project Details:

This case study is about the Mahaveer Grandis project located at JP Nagar, Bangalore. It features Luxury 3 BHK and Ultra Luxury 3 BHK apartments, with prices starting from 1.14 Cr*.

When we started working on this project, it was in the new launch stage.

Understand Client Problem & Requirements:

This client was already working with us and wanted to generate leads for this project. 

He said, he is unsure about this project whether he should do this or not? After some discussion, the client decided to proceed but requested that the Cost Per Lead (CPL) should be kept low. It should not exceed more than 200/-.

We assured the client that we would research the project and confirm if we could meet the requirements.

Execution:

After conducting thorough research, we confirmed to the client that we could achieve the desired CPL. We started with a single campaign to focus on the best angle for getting leads within the budget.

We carefully planned our ad strategy and collaborated with our graphic design team to create appealing visuals. Once the graphics were ready, we launched the campaign. From the very next day, we started seeing results.

During this period, we generated 154 leads with a CPL of 172.60/-, and our client got 12 prospects out of it who came for site visits.

It’s important to mention that while we were pleased with the initial results and achieving the CPL goal, we found that the lead quality wasn’t up to the mark after reviewing feedback. We optimised the existing campaign based on this feedback and tried setting up another campaign with a different approach. However, the new campaign did not perform well, so we decided to pause it.

Conclusion:

This project was challenging because it had been in the market for a long time, making potential buyers less likely to schedule site visits. Despite this, we understood the client’s needs and used our expertise in targeting and creative strategies to deliver high-quality leads. We continuously monitored and optimised the campaigns, which helped us achieve the desired results.

The client was satisfied because the CPL was kept below the target, and they received several site visit prospects.
